CANCELLATION POLICY
To provide optimal care and attention to our esteemed clients, we kindly request that scheduled appointments be canceled with a minimum notice of 48 hours. In the event of cancellations made later than 48 hours or in case of no-shows, a cancellation fee will be charged.​ For initial visits, we sincerely urge you to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment to facilitate completion of all necessary paperwork.​ Kindly note that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, it may be subject to cancellation or shortened to accommodate other waiting clients.
